Here it is, kids. The big, vague “change” I’ve alluded to in this space more than once. I know you’ve all been waiting with bated breath, so without further ado: We’re moving to Richmond, Virginia, in about six weeks. I resigned from my job today (I’ll work through the end of June, though). I begin classes as a graduate student at Virginia Commonwealth University on August 21. I’ve been awarded a fellowship that covers all of my tuition for the 3-year MFA program, as well as a teaching assistantship — basically that means I’m getting paid to go to school. Wowee.
